Terms of Service

Last updated 01 September 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of DriveScore (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. This is placeholder copy for a service still in active development and is not legal advice, it will be replaced with counsel-reviewed terms before launch.

1. The Service

DriveScore provides an E20 (20% ethanol-blended petrol) compatibility score for vehicles sold in India, based on publicly available information. Scores and confidence ratings are estimates, not a guarantee of your vehicle’s actual fuel compatibility or performance. Always refer to your vehicle manufacturer’s official documentation for authoritative guidance.

2. Accounts

Some features may require an account. You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

  • Do not misuse, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
  • Do not submit content you do not have the right to share.
  • Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

4. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the compatibility scores are complete or accurate for every vehicle variant.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DriveScore is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

6. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
